Le Firstflex est décliné en de multiples versions par Tokiwa. La plupart sont très médiocres, mais celle-ci pousse assez loin l'imitation du Rolleiflex notamment avec le fronton à relief portant un numéro de série.
C'est la platine avant qui se déplace. Les deux objectifs ont une baionnette pour fixer des accessoires.
